What is an account?

An account is a business, non-profit, school, or some other type of entity. Often an account is created for each one of your customers, prospects, vendors, etc. After an account has been created you can start adding contacts to the account—these are the people who work at the account (or are associated with the account in some way). Accounts can also be linked to projects, work items, and other content in Ravetree.
