Tags Overview

Tags are words or phrases that can be attached to work items, files, contacts, and other content in Ravetree. They can be useful when filtering. Each time a new tag is created it is saved in your "Tags" database, found on the Admin/Tags page. Then, the next time someone wants to use that tag they just need to start typing in the "Tags" field (e.g., on the work item form) and the tag will show up in the results. This way you can maintain consistency among the different types of tags that are used in your organization.
