Form Configuration

The form configuration section is where you can customize the following forms:

• Account
• Contact
• Project
• Work Item

As you can see from the above screenshot you have the option to turn fields on or off via the "Enabled" switch. You can also specify if a field is required. Furthermore, you can add custom fields to your forms.

Custom Fields

You can add as many custom fields as you need to your forms—there are no limits. The following field types and sub-types are available:

• Checkbox
• Date
• Dropdown
• Number (you can also specify the number of decimal places to display)
  • Currency
  • Percentage
  • Decimal
  • Integer
• Radio
• Search (you can specify if you want to allow users to add one or multiple search results)
  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Members (i.e., licensed users in your Ravetree portal)
  • Projects
  • Work Items
• Switch
• Text
  • Input Field (single line of text)
  • Paragraph (includes rich text editing)
  • Link (displays URLs as links)
