Troubleshooting: Unable to edit or delete a request

If you find that the request ​page option menu ​(i.e., 3 dots menu) is empty, then it's ​because only ​unapproved ​requests ​can ​be ​edited ​and ​only ​the ​super ​admin ​or ​the ​person who submitted the request ​can ​delete ​requests.

A request ​can ​only ​be updated before final ​approval. ​Otherwise ​the ​request ​approval ​process ​has to be restarted ​in ​order ​to ​be ​able ​to ​edit it. Simply click on the 3 dots menu in the Approval section of the request and select "Restart Approval":
