Troubleshooting: Unable to edit or delete a request
If you find that the request page option menu (i.e., 3 dots menu) is empty, then it's because only unapproved requests can be edited and only the super admin or the person who submitted the request can delete requests.
A request can only be updated before final approval. Otherwise the request approval process has to be restarted in order to be able to edit it. Simply click on the 3 dots menu in the Approval section of the request and select "Restart Approval":
