Troubleshooting: Unable to edit or delete a request

If you find that the request ​page option menu ​(i.e., 3 dots menu) is empty, then it's ​because only ​unapproved ​requests ​can ​be ​edited ​and ​only ​the ​super ​admin ​or ​the ​owner ​can ​delete ​requests.

So ​if you're not the owner of a request ​requests, then you ​can ​only ​update ​it before final ​approval. ​Otherwise ​the ​request ​has ​to ​have ​the ​approval ​process ​restarted ​in ​order ​to ​be ​able ​to ​edit it.
