Stripe

Ravetree offers the ability for you to accept payments for your Invoices using Stripe! To enable Stripe, toggle the switch shown below and enter in your Stripe Publishable Key & Secret Key (these are provided in your Stripe account). Don't worry, these are encrypted with 512 bit one way encryption once you save them.

If your Stripe integration is enabled in Ravetree, then invoices sent to clients will include a "Pay Now" button. This will present your customer with an option to pay the invoice via a credit card. The payment will go directly into your Stripe Account, and the invoice in Ravetree will be updated to show the payment.

Retainers: Auto Charge Invoice

If your Ravetree Stripe integration is enabled, then you can activate the "Auto Charge Invoice" option on a retainer to automatically charge your customer for each retainer period. The payments will be processed via your Stripe account. It is important to note that the customer must already be created in your Stripe account, and their email address must match the email address associated with the Contact (in Ravetree) that is selected in the "Invoice To" field.
