Retainer Overages

If "Generate Invoices" and "Charge For Overage" are both enabled on the retainer setup form, then an invoice will automatically be created if you have any overages. This invoice is generated on the day after the retainer period ends (as long as the flags "Auto Generate Invoice" is enabled. If the retainer period's renewal date is also due on the same date, then the renewal invoice and overage invoice will be merged together. Otherwise, two different invoices will be created.
